ETaC-3 is Shen Gong’s 3rd-generation super diamond coating process, specifically developed for sharp industrial knives. This coating significantly extends the cutting lifespan, suppresses the chemical adhesion reactions between the knife cutting edge and material that cause sticking, and reduces cutting resistance during slitting. ETaC-3 is suitable for various precision slitting tools, including Gable & Gang knives, razor blades, and shear knives. It is particularly effective in slitting non-ferrous metal materials, where the improvement in tool lifespan is especially notable.
